STAFFINGPOWER’S SCREENING PROCESS
Applications and relevant documentation are collected and checked for accuracy and completion. We do perform initial screenings via phone. Those applicants that meet the client’s required skills “checklist” are brought in for a ‘face to face’ interview. We get to know both the client and candidates as well as we can. Gaining an understanding of what is needed and which candidate can deliver, is a large part of reaching Staffingpower’s goal of making an effective match. Once we have a Job Order, we then review those applicants that may be a “match” and go from there.
Before referring a candidate to fill an open position, Staffingpower completes the following:
- Reference checks
- Background checks
- Skills tests (as appropriate)
- Drug Screen (upon employer request)
Staffingpower pride’s itself on proper vetting of each candidate prior to offering the candidate for placement.
